What kind of Magnet Grade do you offer
For Ferrite Magnets (also known as Ceramic Magnets), we mainly offer grades such as Y10T, Y28, Y30, Y30BH, and Y35. These grades refer to the maximum energy product of the ferrite magnet material, typically ranging from 1.1 to 3.8 MGOe. While their magnetic strength is lower than Neodymium magnets, Ferrite magnets are highly cost-effective, corrosion-resistant, and perform well in high-temperature environments, making them ideal for a wide range of general-purpose applications.
Among them, Y30 and Y30BH are the most commonly used grades, offering a good balance between magnetic strength and cost. Y35 is a higher-performance grade in the ferrite series, providing better magnetic output while maintaining the durability and affordability of ceramic materials.
Ferrite magnets do not require additional surface coatings, and their inherent resistance to oxidation makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. They are widely used in motors, loudspeakers, magnetic separators, magnetic assemblies, and household appliances.
